You can reliably multiply reagents in someone's bloodstream by injecting them with a chemical, drawing blood either with a syringe or an IV line, and then re-injecting the blood into their body. It doesn't even need to be the same person, since the reagents seem to be contained in the drawn, contaminated blood itself.
You can repeat this multiple times and it'll multiply infinitely with itself. The only limit to how much of a chemical you can duplicate in someone's bloodstream is the fact that the volume is capped at 999u.
If you go far enough (which doesn't take long) and analyze samples with an advanced spectrometer it'll give you numbers so high that they read with an E notation.
There's serious potential for abuse here, considering that you could either farm IV medications and harvest them, or use it to intentionally poison someone so severely that it's incredibly difficult to pump out with dialysis - without the use of other exploits, or admin intervention.
