ABIS Overview - documentation improvement

ABIS Overview requires improvement with the following:

The TERN domain ontology needs to be made more prominent.

This is the key area of concern for someone looking to uplift their current data to ABIS and the overview needs to it obvious that this is the place to focus attention at the beginning.

Suggest including the following,

ABIS models domain-specific concepts itself but mostly re-uses existing models. ABIS Parts describes them.

• The currently implemented domain-specific concept is the TERN domain ontology.

How do I use it? section needs some revamping/expanding

ABIS does two functions:

1. Provide a data model for representing biodiversity data
2. Provide a data exchange protocol

This section currently only describes 2. adequately. It also needs to provide guidance for people on 1. TERN has done a lot of this work through the cookbook.

TERN Ontology is now prominently listed in ABIS.

May not have taken full advantage of the TERN Cookbook yet, so I'll leave this Issue open in order to review that.
