The European Bioinformatics Institute developed an accessibility focussed AlphaFold course with Google DeepMind
https://www.ebi.ac.uk/training/online/courses/alphafold/
Skimming it, it looks a good way to give people conceptual knowledge. I imagine Comp-Structural-Bio site can link out to some of these, but can also have guest experts post on some of the more technical steps in bleeding edge research.
