Fix or delete broken Pipeline tutorial

Here, we explain the Pipeline: https://autoresearch.github.io/autora/core/docs/pipeline/Experimentalist%20Pipeline%20Examples/. I think we shouldn't include this since it is better done with state logic. Anyway, the tutorial is also broken since it uses the old distinction between sampler and pooler, and I think it also breaks elsewhere.
