Quick summary
As per pbxlJb-63Y-p2, the admin color scheme is now to be edited in Users -> Profile (
profile.php) and cannot be set at user-level anymore. However, the Calypso dev and wpcalypso environment still have option to change it:Steps to reproduce
Spin up a dev environment, or just open
https://wpcalypso.wordpress.comHover to the "bug" icon
Click "Account settings"
What you expected to happen
We should not see the admin color scheme picker
What actually happened
We are still seeing the admin color scheme picker (see the screenshot above)
