Using proxy gives value error

Hey while using --proxy argument gives value error.
Please have a look into it
I have searched about it It shows that the error is coming from httpx library

ValueError: Unknown scheme for proxy URL URL('103.37.141.69:80')

Using: Kali linux
Python version : 3.9
