Update Documentation: Teams app name has changed to "Chat with Data"

The documentation says to search for "enterprise chat". This no longer returns results. The search should be for "chat with data". The screenshots also need to be updated to reflect that change.

Otherwise I was able to successfully deploy the teams copilot.
