Update documentation regarding deploying specific application version

Description

Add documentation regarding how to deploy a specific version of the application.

For "Deploy to Azure":

• Switch to git tag before pressing Deploy to Azure
• Setting the Docker image tag in the parameters

For Bicep:

• Switching git tag before running azd up
• Optionally set Docker image tag if using container deployment, then run azd provision
