Minimal steps to reproduce

try running mvn clean compile

Any log messages given by the failure

Expected/desired behavior

A specific container is created and files are uploaded

OS and Version?

Windows 10

Mention any other details that might be useful

The container is checked on the azure portal, but why doesn't it exist?
