Replace SQL authentication by Entra ID only authentication

During the deployment of the SQL dedicated pool, sql authentication is used. For security reasons the authentication method should only allow an Entra ID authentication.

DoD

• Replace the sql authentication to entra authentication only in the bicep file
• Remove sql password from .env file and dependencies encountered while running the script
• Remove sql password from keyvault and dependencies of that value
