At the moment the publish to ADF in the repository is done manually. This manual step should be replaced by an automation. It is now possible as announced here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/azuredatafactoryblog/automated-publish-improvement-in-adfs-cicd-flow/2117350

DoD

Replace manual publish step to ADF by an automated publish mechanism
Integrate with the respective CICD process in the repository
Document accordingly in the ReadMe file
