VS Code ISE Export Tool enhancement to migrate from Logic Apps ISE to Logic Apps Consumption

We have a business requirement to migrate some of the current Logic Apps in ISE Environment to Logic Apps consumption for certain scenarios. For instance, some workflows are designed to execute either on a daily or weekly basis with straightforward integrations, such as Email to SharePoint or SharePoint to File Server. In such cases, Logic Apps consumption is suitable.
However, we currently lack a tool for exporting workflows to facilitate this transition as the current Export Tool is only supporting the migrating to Logic App Standard.
We seek support in enabling a self-service option that empowers users to migrate conveniently according to their schedules.
