LogicApps Standard: Integrate directly with Git or DevOps repo

Managing code while using the web designer is a real pain. We should be able to connect the Web UI directly to a Git or DevOps repo. This would provide:

• ability to roll-back versions of workflows or the whole app
• easier deployment to other environments as the code is already in Git
• simple way to switch between local and web development UI.
• ability to branch from the "published" version to develop locally and then merge changes back in with pull requests.
