Private IP set to true dosen't work

I configured my Application gateway with only public IP and on the AKS cluster, I enabled the AGIC add-on. Everything was working fine, but today I had a Private IP to my Application Gateway and all ingress switch to use the private IP. I try to force than to use the public, but it dosen't work:
