[client-initialization issue] Generate incorrect api constructures for parent only client-initialization cases

if we set the initializedBy as parent, it will have compile error:
The module "./parentNestedWithPath/parentNestedWithPathClient.js" or its corresponding type declaration cannot be found.

emitter can't generate child client in api
