Parallelize output for management and workload cluster create

The output messages in az capi create when creating a workload cluster are more detailed and useful than those when creating a management cluster. They should be almost the same for consistency, and specifically the workload messages should reference the cluster name.

For example "Obtained AKS credentials" should be like the "Generated workload cluster" message.
