Kafka Url is not updated after redeploying azure function code

Hello everyone, i have a strange issue, the url in KafkaTrigger is not udpated when we deploy azure function by Visual Studio Code
because my old link does not work, i saw the log in Streaming Log, but after i updated and deploy azure function again, i still saw the error log with the old link

Pro tip, make the url/topic as configurable as possible.
On local try with adding this in localsettings.json and add that in configuration section in your function app but you need to restart the app after config update.

sry, my bad, seem like the issue from the DevOps setup, i changed url to the new one, but it always redirected to the old one, just waiting the fix from them
