MDSD Error #1957

I am getting this error on the mdsd.err file
Failed to upload to ODS: Error resolving address, Datatype: LINUX_PERF_BLOB, RequestId: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

And i also see sst files are being saved without being removed under the folder /var/opt/microsoft/azuremonitoragent/events/xxxxx_xxxxxx

The OS version is ubuntu 20.04 , Microsoft.Azure.Monitor.AzureMonitorLinuxAgent type is 1.28.11 .

Can i get help to identify the issue with the error ?
