Hi everyone

I have been working with the cosmos sdk code and I ran into some issues around session consistency which after some spelunking into the codebase doesn't look like is currently implemented. In my digging I found some breadcrumbs around it's possible implementation, but both threads look to have gone dormant. I found this older issue which looks like it may have been automatically closed, but reopened. I would have commented here, but it looks like commenting is disabled for non team members. I also found this pr, which looks to partially implement and talks a bit about the implementer needed logic that isn't necessarily available to community committers.

I was wondering if this work was on the roadmap of the sdk project, or there is an idea of when it maybe picked up?

Additionally, anything I can do to help?
