MaxRequestBodySize Azure Web App

I am deploying an Azure Web App and I need to increase the MaxRequestBodySize in order to upload large files. The only hack I can find for this is described here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65991298/maxrequestbodysize-not-working-in-webserver-with-azure-app-service - basically I have to alter the web.config file after the app is deployed.

Is there any way to achieve the same thing with something in bicep?
