armTemplate directory getting created as root on self hosted runners with v1.1.0

Hello,

armTemplate and few other files/folders are getting created as root with v1.1.0. This causes errors during cleanup step, and the pipeline will not run again next time unless admin deletes the files manually.

This does not happen with v1.0.2

we are also having this issue, and set-output will be deprecated soon. Any updates on this issue? Failed with version v1.2.0 as well. This is creating additional support work for our Azure teams.
