Support mergeable libraries

Apple released a new feature in Xcode 15 called mergeable libraries. I'd love to see the binary framework distributed via SPM be updated to be mergeable. Hi @macdrevx, there is not currently any news to share regarding mergeable library functionality. We will post back here if that changes.
