Home folder icon too small, and computer, shutdown, lock screen, logout button not XP like

The Home icon is too small.

I'm sure you are still working on that, just wanted to mention:
The buttons for Computer, Quit, Logout and Lock Screen are still from Adwaita(?!)
And right click an .iso file has no icons for "Unzip here" and "Compress/Zip file".
