I use to work with LaTeX a lot. And compiling LaTeX produces a lot of extra files. But the necessary files for the user himself are the .tex files and the .bib files. And it makes it harder to find them, if they use the same generic icon as the other produced files (e.g. looking at a LaTeX project of mine other files, which were produced by compiling the .tex and .bib files (and having the same icon), are files with endings .aux .bbl .blg .loc .log .out .soc .toc )

Could you create icons for those two file types?

you want two separate icon sets for .tex and .bib or will just one work for both?

Sorry if this is slightly off-topic, but XP made a short comeback to Life!

Mint-X uses one icon for both.
But if you can make two separate, that would be even better.
