Analysis code for BAIR R01 project
The folder /GLMdenoise and /utils contains several Matlab scripts used at NYU for processing fMRI data
The folder /motor contains Matlab scripts to process data from the data glove used in the motor experiments
The folder /scripts contains:
a) several scripts containing examples of terminal commands that will run dockers that perform defacing and compute the retinotopic atlases for a freesurfer reconstruction
b) Python code that can be used to upload data to Flywheel using the command line (see README_upload_to_flywheel.txt)
