motivation

To eliminate the potential legal issues when the contents are modified and/or distributed by third parties.

potential options

Add a LICENSE file to specify this repo is published under any one of:

CC BY
CC BY-SA (although I doubt Share-Alike is necessary)
public domain (PD)
