Describe the bug

24:00 시간대를 00:00 로 통일하여 맞추기로 했지만 기존데이터가 24:00 로 들어오는 경우가 있음
24:00 로 들어오는 데이터를 00:00 로 바꿔줘야함

Desktop:

OS: [e.g. iOS]
Browser [e.g. chrome, safari]
Version [e.g. 22]

Smartphone:

Device: [e.g. iPhone6]
OS: [e.g. iOS8.1]
Browser [e.g. stock browser, safari]
Version [e.g. 22]
