Decoy Admin area not showing properly

Hi,

I am new to decoy. I have installed it in a new laravel application for testing purpose. After following Installation and quick start guide. I have managed to create admin and article module. But when I visit the admin page in localhost. I am getting a minimal view. I tried latest firefox and chrome. Same view in both. Do i need to install anything or do anything to work as you mentioned in the demo screenshots. Check the attached images for reference.

I have seen a new update 5.11 in repository. How to update from 5.10 (that's what I got when I used composer to install) to 5.11, which might resolve my issue. Hope someone will help me.
