Make a version of NicolasDorier/docker-bitcoin that supports BTCP-Rebase

This is an excellent base for a Dockerfile, which Bitcoin Core is resistant to creating, but we will need for Bitcore. It is very fundamentally similar to our bitcoin/bitcoin-based code.

Fetching ZcashParams will need to be added, ports adjusted, DL links adjusted, etc.

Edit: For Bitcore-v8, you can just connect on ports 7933 and 7932, but this task still has value.

This task is for user convenience; Bitcore is no longer a priority item. It is cumbersome and deprecated as a way of indexing transactions. See the Bitcoin HTTP RPC reference and its ZMQ reference for anything you may need.
