Port the bartering user interface from the reference wallet

TODO: Also extend functionality to include proposing operations in return for funds.

E.g. Requesting to buy an user's account name, sending assets to a second account, transferring ownership after approval, etc.

Note: If approving an account ownership transfer through the BeetEOS wallet the user will then need to remove the account from their BeetEOS wallet as their old credentials will no longer work post account transfer.
