Fix-permissions module does not allow for multiple arguments

As per the title, currently the BU-ISCIII tools' fix-permissions module can only apply correct permissions to one path provided but, if the permissions for several paths need to be changed, these paths cannot be indicated in one bu-isciii fix-permissions command; they'd have to be executed separately. This should be handled so that this module allows for multiple paths provided, so that their permissions are changed directly.
