Include %mapped reads when creating irma_stats.txt

As per the title, currently the irma_stats.txt file that is created during the IRMA service indicates the number of reads and the number of mapped reads for each sample, but there isn't a column indicating the percentage of mapped reads. This should be implemented by modifying the create_irma_stats.sh script.
