My podcast feed URL changed, I do not know why.

Dear Michael Babker!

I sincerely hope you are going to help me. For three years using your awesomme component, my pocast feed URL used to be:

https://www.ottoundkollegen.net/immofm

All of a sudden, this URL reads:

https://www.ottoundkollegen.net/immofm?format=raw&lang=de

Therefore, iTunes does no longer refresh the feed.

What happened? Please help me, I have no idea why this is?

It could possibly be some change in 3.7 that caused it. Unfortunately I'm not actively supporting most of my Joomla extensions anymore so I haven't really tested the last version of my working code against the current 3.7 build. At a minimum though that pesky plgContentRokInjectModule plugin causes all sorts of issues with other extensions because they don't have a correct method signature for one of the Joomla core plugin events.

I understand your answer with a bit of anxiety. What does that mean? I cannot lose our podcast over this What can be done? Can you please help me? After three years of using your component, I cannot lose it all of a sudden?

PS: About "RokInject": This was never my idea. I am not a programmer but using a purchased template.

I disabled "RokInject" now to try what happens. The error message now is:

ERROR 500: Layout „default“ not found

Still the feed now reads: https://www.ottoundkollegen.net/immofm?format=raw&lang=de

Where might this "?format=raw&lang=de" come from?

I have recently started a podcast and using podcast manager. I'm also willing to provide support for this project if @mbabker is not able to do so (at least at a basic level not related with other component issues). Are you still experimenting issues with the feed URL?

Can you please describe he problem again from the begining? I have read this thread and I see that this URL:

https://www.ottoundkollegen.net/immofm

Works with no issues...

In Any case the Error 500 layout error looks like an issue with your template. Assign a different template to the Feed url and it should probably work fine with RokInject disabled. In any case you probably should contact the plugin provider and tell them about the issue.
