Make it easier to configure this wrapper #9

Ideally a developer would not have to modify a line of code to use this wrapper, but instead could configure their application via config file / settings.

I can imagine the following configuration options:

  1. Wrapper type (hosted vs local)
  2. Application URL (in the event of hosted)
  3. Loader background (random color vs static color)

These links will become obsolete as we improve the code base, but issue #9 should solve that by making it so folks can configure without editing code eventually.
