Request to send 'mass sends' and 'multi seed support'

There are lots of purposes where it would be beneficial to pay x amount of BAN directly to a list of addresses. Addresses from a list should be imported, checked and duplicates should be removed at least optionally. Would be cool if you can add it. Handling different seeds would be cool as well.
