Hi. Is it possible to use this with USRP (UHD driver) on Windows? How?

Hi, I have just made a Windows build that seems to be reproducible and, even though it only supports rtl-sdr and hackRF for now, I believe I can add support for UHD soon. I cannot do it immediately because I am having build issues with the corresponding module (see pothosware/SoapyUHD#60), but they should fix it soon too.
