Hi,
I was wondering if you plan to support a default automatic interface to java methods available through QuPath extensions.
Additionally, is there a way to integrate a particular extension into a paquo script by directly specifying a .jar file path or by automatically loading any extension in the current QuPath installation?
QuPath is just as important as its extensibility, and being able to use it fully would be genuinely amazing!
Thank you!

Since I switched employers a while ago and am currently not working on digital pathology related tools, I am not working on new features for paquo.
If you want to contribute new functionality, please consider opening a pull request. I would be happy to review 😃
