Hi,

Really great work, and I want to try your CountCorrect package. I quickly go through the notebook and the sample data is "fetalBrain_smallExample.p", How Can I create python-compatible data from nanostring WTA dcc files, or R object which includes counts_geneProbes, counts_negativeProbes, counts_nuclei, and names_slides?

I did all my nanostring data analysis on R, but I had no experience with python. Looking forward to your reply.
