小数点数值解析错误

针对浮点计算的小数位格式化问题，在此版本中得到解决
- 问题描述：公式中的小数部分的位权错误问题得到了解决，如果小数部分是1.x 的情况下会错误的将数值解析为 1.0x 这是非常严重的问题，新版本中此问题得到了解决。
- API使用方式没有任何变化，您可以放心使用，在1.3.x版本中此问题得到了完全解决

  此问题的提出来源于CSDN上的评论，感谢这位网友的指正，问题已经得到解决，此问题将在1.3.x版本中完全解决，不再存在此问题。

负数解析错误

在1.2.4版本之前，针对 2*-1 这类的计算操作会发生一些异常，原因是由于负数的解析错误

汇总

1.2.x 中的数值解析模块有些不尽人意，1.3.x 版本中，此类问题将不会再出现!!!
