Describe the bug

Making the report on behalf of someone else but from what they've described you CAN tame the mob but you can't ride them.

i know #11454 disabled the traitor lasso so i'm not sure what caused the normal one to be broken

What did you expect?

I expected to ride simplemobs like cows yee-haw :(

Reproducible steps

Make a lasso
Use it on a dolphin/cow/rideable simplemob
The mob gets tamed but you can't buckle to them to ride them
