Research different AI chatbots and investigate plugin issues

Henry raised questions about the choice of AI chatbot. We previously chose chatbase based on Cass Academy and it was approved by Anu, so we also chose chatbase. But Henry disagrees with this statement. He thinks we should research popular chatbots in the market and compare them, and finally come to a conclusion on which chatbot to choose.
