I'll pass this in the first instance to the web team within IT Services, to see if any existing integrations may be suitable for you, and to make sure that things are as consistent as possible.

In the even that there are no suitable options already assessed we'll need to review any suggested options, including what data is being collected and stored, and where any processig or storage are occurring.
