Convenor Feedback: The convenor expressed concern that the output so far does not reflect the capabilities of a team of this size. The functionality demonstrated in WordPress was considered limited, and there was no substantive design or requirements analysis addressing the repetitive tasks meant to be solved by the chatbot.
The convenor also pointed out the lack of context analysis regarding workload reduction, which is key to justifying the chatbot's purpose. Additionally, the prototype presented was trivial and did not show meaningful progress aligned with the project brief, while the UI work was not ready for stakeholder review.
