Script used for building the indices?

Scripts used to build the indices are absent in the repo.

There is a huge difference in the size of the index that I have built and the pre-build index. I am trying to understand how you have built the index.

Since there is no activity at this repo, I built a simple tool to build any kraken2 database index with single command.
