Hi I downloaded the bowtie2 2-5.4 and trying to run the basic command bowtie2 --h and receive and error message "Expected bowtie2 to be in same directory with bowtie2-align:" I trying to find the solution online but only found bowtie2-align have been remove after 2-3.0 if there any potential way to solve this issue?
