OpenAI request routing

Hi!
I'm living in a country that is blocked by openai.
Nevertheless I have a VPS out of it, where all my services that use chatgpt are located.

The question is if it is possible to use litellm proxy for echoing request and answers between me and openai.

Spent few days already trying to figuring this all out with no luck.
