AutoKuma has no log message signaling it polled docker labels or static configs.

It would be nice to have logs of polling events to ensure AutoKuma works as designed. Something like:

INFO [autokuma::poll] Polling Docker labels: no changes detected
INFO [autokuma::poll] Polling static monitors: no changes detected
