Why not always perform both "MMSeqs" & "HMM" searches?

Yes, I think it can be implemented this way. And we can also emphasize the result (AMP/Family) rather than search methods (MMSeqs/HMMER). Hi @celiosantosjr, what do you think about the suggested solution?

I'm also not quite clear about the priority, but it is not hard.
