We have a merchant that has complained that customers has placed orders that should include a discount but they have been missing entirely in our system. This is mostly the case in regards to B2B orders where the customer is also a company.

We must as a result ensure that if a discount is included in the price must that is sent to us and that this information is included in the API calls made to our system.

The merchant is using this plugin for discount, please test with this in mind.
