For a small number of taxon groups there may be more than one set of rules available. This is particularly relevant to moths, which there are separate rulesets for Gelechiidae and Pterophoridae as well as the overall set of rules for all moths.
We would like to move to a position where there is one rule per taxon.
@kitenetter to liaise with BC over moth rules @robin-hutchinson to let @kitenetter know if other duplicate rules are encountered (e.g. potentially for aquatic beetles)
